• All sanctions are welcome no sanction fee required.


• 4GG -Pool Play than reseed into Single Elimination Round 


• Games willl start on Thursday afternoon -pool play will be Thursday and Friday


• Friday night we will start Bracket play which will be Double Elimination.


•  We pay for Umpires in this event.


• Awards will be for 1st and 2nd place in Gold  bracket play.


• Each team we supply one new and one used balls per game.


• Gate Fee will be $10 Per Day or $30 Tournament pass for the event.


• Rosters will be frozen and submitted by June 15,2025 and only pick ups will be ok on request.

First 8 Teams that register and pay  will play Pool Play games at Mashfactory Sports Complex.

We will also use Firestone {Turf Field } Barberton Sports Complex

13u- Will be at Barberton Sports Complex, Longwood Park

9-10-11-12u also will be at North Royalton Softball Complex {Turf}
